We offer different methods of shipment depending on the delivery location. For local deliveries we use local partner to offer doorstep delivery. For international shipping, we use DHL. How do I track my order?
We are working on a more robust tracking system but in the mean time, we'll send you notifications at every turn. For big build that take more than 2 weeks to complete, we send update notifications every two weeks. When items are shipped, we'll also notify you when they are dispatched.

How long does it take to receive my order?
For products in stock, we provide delivery every Friday for orders placed before Wednesday 3PM. Lead times for made-to-order items or when stock is unavailable may vary depending on the product.
What is your return policy?
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We consider cases where the item does not function as intended or does not match the promised appearance. Please report such issues within 12 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.
