A solid wood stool with a bit of personality in the legs. Each corner is made from two pieces of wood that taper as they go down, splaying slightly outward so that from the side each pair forms a clean A shape. The two piece seat has a small gap running down the middle, just enough to get your fingers around and carry it from room to room. Standard seat height, solid build, and a silhouette that stands out.
The Design
- A-Frame Leg Construction – Four corners, each made from two tapered pieces of wood. Wider at the seat, narrower at the floor, splaying outward to create the A shape when viewed from the side.
- Two Piece Seat – Solid wood seat in two pieces with a small gap running down the middle. Comfortable to sit on and easy to carry.
- Standard Seat Height – Built at standard sitting height. Works at a dining table, a desk, or on its own.
- Your Finish Choice – Sealed with a clear varnish. Stained or natural, your call.
Choose Your Experience
- Option 1: The Finished Piece (We’ll Build It For You) – Built and finished in our Nairobi workshop. Choose your finish and we’ll deliver it to your door.
- Option 2: The Workshop Experience – A full-day Saturday session from 10am to 4pm at SF Duka. You’ll cut, shape, join, sand, and finish your stool from scratch. Lunch and Snack are provided
