Welcome to SF Duka. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including the booking and participation in our workshops, the purchase of vouchers, and all related activities. By making a booking, purchasing a voucher, or attending an SF Duka event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
All bookings for workshops and events are confirmed only once full payment has been received. For individual and group sessions, bookings should be made at least three days in advance. Team-building and private workshops must be booked no less than two weeks before the chosen date to allow adequate preparation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where these timelines are not met.
When purchasing an open voucher without a specified date, you are responsible for notifying SF Duka at least one week before the Saturday you wish to attend. This ensures that materials are prepared and your space is secured. Failure to notify us in time may result in losing your place for that session.
All sales are final. SF Duka does not provide cancellations or refunds once a booking or voucher has been purchased. However, you may reschedule your booking to another available date if you notify us at least one week before your scheduled session. If you fail to attend a booked workshop without prior notice, our team will complete the build on your behalf and deliver the finished item to your preferred location. Delivery costs will be charged to you.
Workshops begin promptly at the stated times. Participants who arrive late may miss essential parts of the session. While our team will do its best to support late arrivals, we cannot guarantee that you will complete your project if you miss key instructions. SF Duka is not responsible for incomplete builds caused by lateness.
For safety reasons, participants must be at least twelve years old to attend a standard workshop. Children under twelve may only attend specific kids’ workshops, which are tailored to their age group, and must be supervised by an adult. All attendees must follow the safety instructions provided by SF Duka staff at all times. Protective gear, such as glasses, aprons, gloves, masks, and bandanas, will be provided and must be worn when instructed.
All team-building sessions and private workshops must be booked at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to prepare projects, materials, and customized experiences for your group. Final group numbers and requirements must be confirmed at least one week before the event.
SF Duka reserves the right to adjust workshop schedules, projects, or other aspects of the experience when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible. We also reserve the right to refuse admission or remove participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, fail to follow safety protocols, or engage in disruptive behavior.
Participation in SF Duka workshops is at your own risk. While all safety precautions are taken, SF Duka is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during workshops or related events. By attending, you agree to follow all safety instructions and acknowledge the inherent risks of working with tools and woodworking materials.
SF Duka may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always apply, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
